Professional Shampoo RUINED my Hair
When I say that a certain professional-quality shampoo ruined my hair, I mean it ruined my hair. It's taken six weeks to get my hair back into good shape with Tropic products, but now it's never looked healthier!
I figured that if my hair salon used it, it would be totally fine for me to use at home... Big yikes. I used the shampoo & conditioner for around 3 months before swapping over to the Tropic hair system. Then lockdown happened, I ran out of product, and I went back to using the toxic products.
Around August I began to realise that I didn't actually like my hair. The colour would always fade quickly when I got it dyed (which I go to my hairdresser for), it was always tangled, brittle, dry, frizzy, and would become oily very quickly. It got to the point where I was having to wash my hair almost daily because it just wasn't looking clean!
I didn't think that much of it, just putting it down to the fact that my hair must be like this, and I carried on using those same products until early November.
I seemed to blame everything but the shampoo - even letting my hair air dry for a couple of weeks when my scalp got irritated because I assumed I'd just burnt it with the hairdryer.
After one use of Tropic products I realised that, no, it wasn't my hair at all.
I'd purchased the Hair Care Discovery Kit again and used the Nourishing Hair Cleanser, followed by Hair Feast and Hair Smooth. The difference in my hair was unbelievable.
Silky soft, smooth, shiny, no frizz, no tangles, and it looked so healthy! I follow all that up with the Clarifying Hair Wash once a week to get rid of the product build up and almost three months later my hair has done a total 180.
If you're struggling with your hair and can't seem to find products that work, try Tropic. I honestly can't recommend their hair care enough, especially after witnessing how it has transformed my own hair.
